"I'll tell you what. I'll pay you a total of 12 gold now, and if you bring back the head of their leader, I'll give you a total of 108 more gold pieces. I might even be able to write you a letter of recommendation if you are looking for work in other places after this." The mayor responds as he digs into a safe behind him and withdraws 12 gold coins, handing each of you 4.

*sighs audibly*" I suppose that's sufficient." *turns to the others* "shall we pay our dear friend Bhen a visit? We had better find out what's going on before we risk our hides for 40 pieces of gold.

Fine but before we go is there anything you can tell us about this cave. A map perhaps. Any information no matter how little can help.

"I'm sorry this is all I can offer you. We've taken a serious blow by having these caravans raided. Without these shipments, essentially the whole economy of Angrecca is on hold.
As far as the cave, all I know is that the Kobold have been there for some time. I believe its been inhabited by them for years actually, but we are just now having problems with them. Sometimes hunters go up to that area as it is near the forest, but no one that I know of has actually entered the cave. I don't know what it is that has moved them to start being so relentless.
Please, end this for us."

* Looks at Malkamus* Off to see Bhen then. Mr. Mayor we will speak to Bhen and only after that will we decide if this is a risk worth taking.

Kobolds are little dogs. They see my big hammer and they cry.
*Hogar-hul follows the rest out to the port*
So where you guys from? What bring you to Angrecca?

*Smiles, speaks in a cheery tone* Just looking for a fresh start Hogar. You said you are from here right? So you know your way around this town pretty good?

*while walking, takes some tobacco from a pouch and rolls it into a cigarette* No, I'm not from here. I'm just here for the gold. Wherever there are more weak than strong the weak are willing to pay for people who can get things done.

Hmm... I guess there is nothing wrong with that. If that is the case then I think you'll be in business for quite some time. You know, with the world the way it is.

As you begin descending down through town, the coastline begins to grow. Angrecca is a quaint coastal town isolated by two bluffs to the west. Starting near the waters edge, two cliff faces encase the village all the way to its highest altitude, and only entrance, on the western side of town. The crevasse between the two cliffs is where the town gate is, leading out to the main road.
Youve just left the south western side of town where the Town Hall sits below a small hill that the Mayor's manor is on. Almost all of the streets in town run parallel with the coastline, and the whole city is tiered progressively lower down to the water. You can see all the way down to the docks over the tops of houses and buildings and are going down hill on a cobbled street through the main part of the village.
You see men already at work at the docks.

*Leoneiros approaches the men at the docks and when he gets to a crowd he clears his throat loudly* Excuse me could one of you gentlemen guide us to Bhenn, we were told by the MAYOR that we could find him here.

Leoneiros, You get a few gruff looks as the men look irritated to be interrupted in their morning work. Please make a diplomacy or streetwise check.

A short but brawny man sets down a crate and walks towards you, whiping the persperation of his forehead as he approaches. About ten feet away from you he points up to a small hill near the south side of town beyond the farthest docked boat. You see a small cabin amid a few trees, with a skinny dirt trail leading to the front door.
"Oi! Up that way lads."

From inside you hear a little bit of shuffling. Then a gruff and pained voice shouts from inside, "Who is it?!"
