Much of the world is unknown to adventurers like yourselves, but following are some of the regions and a little bit about each.
Daemar:
Daemar is one of the western most regions in Celysion. It is a large continent completely surrounded by water except for a relatively small land bridge connected to a larger, and more untamed, northern region. Daemar is several thousand miles from east to west, and north to south. The northern, and most of the eastern parts of Daemar are covered by temperate forests, and all 4 traditional seasons occur. A mountain range runs the central span of Daemar. On the southern side of these mountains, swamps are in abundance. Much of the area beyond the mountains is unexplored since the collapse of the previous empires. While some settlements are rumored to be in existence, much is unknown of the southern region of Daemar.
In one of the northeastern bays of the continent lies Vandromar, one of the largest cities in the world. While it has its crime and problems, Vandromar is one of the few beacons of light and hope in the world. It is ruled over by a King, and he has six nobles under his jurisdiction.
The population of Vandromar is somewhere around 18,000. The population of all of Daemar is unknown.
Feliwyth:
Feliwyth is a seperate region/continent southeast of Daemar. While all races are found in all regions, Feliwyth has primarily been inhabited by Eladrin, and Elves - all branches and sub races included. The largest, and most notable city, is Everfey, which has been established by the Eladrin people on the northwestern coast of Feliwyth. Everfey has strong connections with the Feywild, and often portions of Everfey fade into the Feywild at certain times of the year.
Garadun:
Garadun is even yet more southeast than Feliwyth, and is simply a region and portion of a much larger land body known as The Rhevendun. Garadun is sectioned off from the rest of its continent by a mountain range that funnels into a valley at its southeastern edge. Garadun is spotted with different settlements and towns, and a city or two across the landscape. While all races are present, Garadun has been settled primarily by the Dwarven people.
The Rhevendun:
Rhevendun litterally means 'Forsaken Land'. Not much is known about this gigantic expanse of land. But is a dry and forsaken place, and is mostly desert.
Gravica - "The Central City" or "The High City":
Gravica is a city that is very close to the central longitudinal and latitudinal points of Celysion. It sits in the middle of a gigantic floating isle. It is several thousand miles, and a few months journey by ship, from any other land bodies in Celysion. The floating isle is around 50 miles in diameter and sits above the ocean. The only access to Gravica is taking a ship out of the ocean up one of the flowing rivers that leave the ocean surface and travel upwards to the edge of the island.
At the top of the rivers lies a massive wall surounding the entire expanse, and water flows freely off the edges down into the ocean miles below, creating a sort of constant rain below the island. Once inside the protected walls, it appears as if one is still in a chunk of the ocean, simply removed to a higher sphere. There are even mountains rising up out of the water. In between two large mountains ships sail to arrive at The Central City Gravica.
